Job Summary:

This is a part-time role which requires less than 4 hours of work daily. The compensation package is competitive, commensurate with experience, and will be discussed during the interview. Job Description:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of Walmart and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about creating an easy, rewarding, and personalized shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
– Engage customers to ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
– Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
– Manage transactions at the cash register.
– Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies regarding payment and exchanges.
– Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field.
Requirements:
– Previous retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
– Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
