Job Description
As a Flight Attendant at Delta Airlines, you are the face of our brand and a critical component of our customer service team. Requirements
– Minimum age of 21 years.
– High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
– Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and rigorous physical examination.
– Comfortable working in confined spaces and varying climate conditions.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently; additional languages are an asset.
– Willingness to wear a uniform and adhere to grooming standards.
– Ability to relocate as needed and fly both international and domestic routes.
Educational Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent required.
– Degrees or certifications in hospitality, communication, or tourism are advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
