Job Summary:

Gold’s Gym, one of the leading fitness companies in the US, is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic part-time Fitness Trainer to join our team. Job Description:

The Fitness Trainer will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and instructions to our members, including but not limited to, developing workout routines, demonstrating the use of gym equipment, ensuring safety regulations are adhered to, and providing diet and lifestyle advice.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct fitness assessments and orientations for new members

– Develop individualized exercise programs consistent with our members’ personal fitness and exercise goals

– Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises

– Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

– Create member engagement and retention through focused, personalized service

– Stay current on the latest fitness trends and techniques

Requirements:

– Current CPR and AED certifications

– Nationally recognized personal training certification

– A desire to help clients reach their health and fitness goals

– Understanding of human anatomy and proper form

– Strong customer service skills

– Basic computer skills

– Ability to handle emergency situations

– High school diploma or equivalent required

– Must be 18 years of age or older

Experience:

– Previous personal training experience (preferred)

– Customer service and/or retail experience (preferred)
