Job Summary:

As a part-time Concierge, your role will involve providing superior service to our valued guests, ensuring their stay at our property is comfortable and memorable. Job Description:
Our Concierge will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide personalized customer service with a positive and professional attitude. The Concierge will be knowledgeable about local attractions and services to make recommendations that enhance our guests’ stay.
Responsibilities:
– Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and during their stay.
– Providing information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations.
– Making travel arrangements for guests.
– Responding to guests’ needs and resolving their problems.
– Understand and inform guests about hotel amenities, services, and hours of operation.
Requirements:
– Outstanding customer service skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong knowledge of the local area.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize.
– Professional appearance and demeanor.
Education/Experience:
– High School Diploma or equivalent.
– Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
