Job Description
As a Flight Attendant Trainee at United Airlines, you will begin your career with a rigorous training program, designed not only to educate but also to challenge your capabilities and grow your potential. Upon successful completion of training, you will serve as a United Airlines Flight Attendant, providing exceptional service and ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers throughout their journey.
Responsibilities
– Attend and successfully complete our Flight Attendant training program.
– Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight.
– Perform pre-flight cabin checks and coordinate with the cockpit crew.
– Administer and coordinate emergency procedures or provide emergency care when needed.
– Manage the cabin; this includes but is not limited to conducting safety briefings, serving meals and beverages, and selling onboard duty-free goods.
– Address and resolve passengers questions or concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements
– Minimum age of 21 years.
– High school diploma or GED equivalent.
– Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
– Valid passport or the ability to obtain one.
– Fluent in English; bilingual or multilingual is a plus.
– Willingness to relocate as required.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Capacity to work in a confined space and adapt to various environmental changes.
– Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
