#### Job Description:
As a Flight Attendant with American Airlines, you will be an ambassador of our brand and a caretaker for our passengers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the flight. You will be responsible for conducting pre-flight safety checks, delivering in-flight announcements, assisting with passenger boarding, and providing food and beverage service. #### Responsibilities:
– Ensure passenger safety and comply with FAA regulations at all times.
– Provide exceptional customer service and meet the needs of all passengers.
– Perform pre-flight checks of safety equipment and cleanliness of cabin.
– Demonstrate safety procedures and equipment use to passengers.
– Serve food and beverages and manage onboard sales transactions.
– Assist passengers in stowing carry-on luggage.
– Address passengers’ inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
– Administer and coordinate emergency medical care as needed.

#### Requirements:
– Minimum age of 21 years.
– High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous.
– Ability to reach overhead bins and stand during most of the flight duration.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Must pass a background check and drug screening.
– Flexible schedule, able to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
– Ability to speak a second language is preferred but not required.

– High School Diploma or GED required.
– Further certifications in Hospitality, Customer Service, or Safety are a plus.

– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
