Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team at Amazon in California. This role is an immediate start position, and the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
Educational Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Further education in related fields is a plus.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory. We offer training to equip you with all necessary skills.
