Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding booking, cancellations, and changes to their travel plans.
- Provide technical support for our digital platforms and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
