Global Data Solutions is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into various systems and databases
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
