Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work under 4 hours per day with a competitive hourly rate of $15. Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated individual who loves working with children. The Childcare Worker will be responsible for ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for every child in our care while also assisting with their development and care needs. The successful candidate must be patient, articulate, and attentive.

Responsibilities:

– Supervise and monitor children’s safety

– Help children keep good hygiene

– Organize activities or implement a curriculum that allows children to learn about the world and explore their interests

– Develop schedules and routines to ensure that children have enough physical activity, rest, and playtime

– Keep records of children’s progress, routines, and interest

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Childcare Worker

– Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods

– Valid certification in CPR and First Aid

– Excellent communication and instructional skills

– Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable

– Background check and fingerprint clearance

Education:

– High School Diploma or equivalent

– Degree in early childhood education or relevant field is a plus
