Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other digital channels.
- Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to itineraries, and providing information about Delta services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Deltas policies, procedures, and promotions.
- Document interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or chat environment.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using chat software and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
