As a Disney Enthusiast Specialist, you will provide exceptional support and guidance to our clients, helping them plan and enjoy their Disney experiences to the fullest.
Requirements
- Proficient knowledge of Disney parks, movies, and merchandise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning their Disney vacations, including park visits, accommodations, and dining reservations.
- Provide information and advice on Disney movies, merchandise, and events.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Disney products and services.
