We're seeking a skilled Call Center Leader to lead our remote team and drive exceptional customer service. Position: Remote Call Center Leader Pay: $23/hr. Location: Remote Start Date: Mid October 2024 Responsibilities: ? Assist the Call Center Supervisor with driving performance metrics for all team members ? Manage daily attendance for the team ? Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective resolutions. ? At times may lead morning huddles and shift end huddles ? Analyze advanced metrics on agents daily stats ? Manage weekly reports on team and agent level performance Requirements: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF PREVIOUS LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE ? Previous experience as a team leader in a Call Center or similar role. ? Excellent leadership and communication skills. ? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ?
