Job Description
Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. Conduct safety briefings and demonstrate the use of safety equipment. Provide exceptional customer service, including serving meals and beverages. Assist passengers with special needs and handle medical emergencies if necessary. Maintain cabin cleanliness and ensure all safety regulations are followed. Collaborate with other crew members and ground staff to ensure a smooth flight operation. Adhere to Delta Airlines policies and procedures at all times. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or aviation is a plus. Minimum age requirement: 21 years old. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to swim at least 50 meters unaided. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Valid passport with unrestricted travel rights. Pass a background check and drug screening.
