Company: Full Circle International LLC Location: Remote Monthly Hours: About 120 (30 hours per week) Base Pay: $350 / month USD Performance Bonuses: Up to $375/month based on KPIs Overview: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Virtual Assistant specializing in Automation and AI to support and enhance our Airbnb operations. The ideal candidate will excel in optimizing processes, ensuring financial efficiency, and providing exceptional guest experiences. --------------------------------------------- Monthly KPI Examples Below are example monthly KPIs. These vary month by month based on company objectives and goals. ? Timely Rent Collection ? Objective: Ensure that 95% of monthly rent payments are collected on time or early. ? Guest Satisfaction ? Objective: Maintain an average guest satisfaction rating of 4.8 or higher across all stays. ? Responsive Communication ? Objective: Respond to 95% of guest inquiries within 15 minutes during working hours. ? Automation & Process Improvement ? Objective: Implement 2 effective automation or AI-driven process improvements that enhance efficiency or reduce costs each month. --------------------------------------------- Roles and Responsibilities ? Financial Management: Oversee and ensure timely collection of rent payments. Monitor and report on financial metrics and performance. ? Guest Experience: Provide prompt and courteous responses to guest inquiries and issues. Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. ? Automation & AI Implementation: Identify opportunities to automate and improve operational processes. Implement and manage AI tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload. ? Administrative Support: Manage bookings, calendars, and scheduling. Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure property readiness. Prepare and analyze regular reports on operations and performance. ? Budgeting and Project Management: Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
