Part-Time BILINGUAL SPANISH Customer Experience Specialist $16.00hr. Work from Home- UTAH RESIDENTS ONLY... Schedule: Monday, Friday: 11:30 am-5:30 pm; Tues-Thurs 12:30 pm-5:30 pm: (Training M-F 12:00-5:00) Are you fluent in Spanish and English? Responsibilities: • Handle inbound orders, account creation, returns, and upgrades, and provide product expertise while maintaining performance metrics. • Passionately promote our products to clients, process orders, and assist with account-related tasks. • Professionally answer product and promotional inquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. • Document interactions for auditing purposes. • Resolve issues, de-escalate conflicts, and promote our products, services, and events to clients. • Complete daily training and stay updated on promotions. • Seek guidance from departments and leaders to enhance job skills and performance. Skills and Experience Required: • Proficiency in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing), bilingual in English and Spanish. • Willingness to learn and be passionate about our products. • Excellent customer service abilities. • Quick learner in a fast-paced environment. • Microsoft Office proficiency. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Friendly and upbeat attitude. • Effective listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills. • Phone skills (preferred but not required). • High school diploma or equivalent. • Reside in Utah. • High-speed internet access (minimum 100 Mbps download). • Private, distraction-free home workspace.
