Remote Customer Service Representative

Ready Alliance Group, Inc., the largest emergency preparedness company in the country (and still growing), is looking for customer service representatives. You will be providing exceptional customer service with each and every contact in our virtual omni-channel contact center. Providing excellent customer service at Ready Alliance Group, Inc. is a vital part of a positive customer experience... We walk-the-walk and talk-the-talk with every interaction! We deliver excellent guidance and support for our customers with every touch, by actively building sustainable relationships and engagements. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available in our 24/7 virtual contact center, including shift differential for evening and weekend hours. Part-time shifts consist of a minimum of 25 hours, and a maximum of 29 hours, per week. Full-time shifts consist of 40 hours per week. Customer service representatives of Ready Alliance Group, Inc. work from home and must provide a high-speed Internet connection, minimum 100 Mbps. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: • Think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer questions or issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner. • Provide excellent customer care and focus with the ability to assess customers’ needs to provide a first contact resolution. • Resolve customer question and concerns via phone and digital modalities. • Follow all customer service procedures, best-practices and policies. • Action all digital and phone contacts, while staying with in SLA (service level agreement) times for all mediums. • Any additional duties or tasks required by management or administration. Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications • High school degree or equivalent. • Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related field. • Social media experience preferred. • Excellent at multitasking and communicating over the phone, via chat, social media platforms or through email. • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts. • Excellent time management and prioritization skills. • High ability to multi-task, strong interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills. Position starts at 17.50/hr, with eligibility for a salary increase upon successful completion of orientation and training. Employees also receive a substantial employee discount on products!
