Description RemX is seeking Remote Seasonal Licensed Medicare CSRs for our client. This is a Direct Hire position, and all equipment will be mailed out... • Title: Remote Seasonal Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent • Start Date: Asap • Training: 2-4 weeks; Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm CST/EST • Hours After Training: 6am-2am (Must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift within this range) • Non-Bilingual Pay: $21 an hour • Bilingual Pay: $24 an hour (Must speak fluent English & Spanish & comfortable with the translation of health care coverage, NOT conversational) Important Info • NO cold calls • Calls are 80% inbound of re-enrollments or people aging into the program • Calls are 30% outbound based on people expressing interest • Health Insurance license must be in good standing; required/verified • High speed internet & a quiet place to work • Must reside in the state you are licensed Duties • Provide excellent customer service with a mostly inbound call model. • Be a team player. • Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs. • Outbound calls to provide follow up when needed. • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner. • Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services. Qualifications • Current Health insurance license in your state of residence • High speed internet access (>15 mbps) • Minimum six (6) months Healthcare sales experience • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (Just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared) • High school diploma or equivalent • Computer savvy Apply Now Applicant Privacy Policy Apply Job!
