Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Work From Home Customer Service Representatives on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, assisting them with their travel needs, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities Answering inbound customer calls and assisting with travel-related inquiries. Providing information on flights, reservations, and Delta Airline services. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Processing ticketing and reservations changes. Utilizing various computer systems and tools to assist customers effectively. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. Adhering to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
