School Paraprofessional Job - Part Time

Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing qualified candidates for a part-time Paraprofessional position in Oxford, NJ. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a critical role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of students, particularly those with special needs. Some typical responsibilities include: • Assisting teachers in the classroom with instructional support. • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with special needs. • Helping students with daily tasks, including personal care or behavioral needs. • Monitoring students' progress and reporting to teachers and staff. • Supporting the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs). • Collaborating with educators, therapists, and other school staff to create a positive learning environment. Requirements: • Must meet all local and state regulations for Paraprofessionals. • Previous experience working with special education students is highly preferred. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
