Special Education Teachers may specialize in areas such as K-12th grade, Mild-Moderate Level Students, or Severe Autism. These specializations may be indicated as endorsements on your license. Experience with student evaluations, including Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Active Special Education State Teaching License required. Certification: State License, 2 years of school experience, and Education Certificate if applicable. Teaching credential with any of the 6 Special Education endorsements. Job Details Start Date: 2024 - 2025 School Year Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time options available Caseload: Specific details to be discussed during the interview process. Responsibilities Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs. Provide specialized instruction and support tailored to individual learning goals and needs.
