Responsibilities Accurately transcribe audio files into written documents Input data into company databases with a high degree of accuracy Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness Maintain confidentiality and security of all data Follow company guidelines and procedures for data entry tasks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a typist or data entry clerk Excellent typing speed and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Preferred Skills Previous experience in transcription or data management Familiarity with various typing software and tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Work Hours This is a part-time, remote position.
