As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our systems and databases. This includes updating client information, sales orders, and other project-specific data. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the accuracy and consistency of our data. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Entering data into various systems and databases accurately and efficiently. - Reviewing, verifying, and updating information to ensure its accuracy. - Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files and records. - Collaborating with team members to resolve any data discrepancies. - Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. To be successful in this role, you must have: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in data entry or administrative work. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. - Fast and accurate typing skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team setting. - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. - Availability to work remotely and occasional on-site meetings as needed.
