Azure Data Engineer (Fully Remote Position)
Azure Data Engineer (Fully Remote Position) Pay Range: $140,000 - $170,000 base salary Job Description Work with Azure SQL, Azure Storage, and Gen2 Data Lake to manage and process large datasets. Utilize Azure SQL, PostgreSQL and NEO4J for relational and graph database solutions supporting Energy and Sustainability Data strategies and AI Agent based solutions. Develop and manage data lakes using Delta Lake and various file formats leveraging Azure Gen2 Data Lake. Implement event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hubs and Azure Event Grid. Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Kubernetes and other Azure services. Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and cost efficiency. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop data models and provide data insights. Automate data workflows and... monitoring to ensure high availability and reliability. Additional Skills & Qualifications-Must Have Experience: 5+ years of Azure Cloud Data Engineering experience Minimum Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar Bachelor's Degree required Azure services including Azure SQL, Azure Storage, and Gen2 Data Lake. Proficient with Azure SQL, PostgreSQL and NEO4J databases.
