Detail-Oriented Data Entry Specialist - Flexible Part-Time & Full-Time Roles

We're seeking dedicated Data Entry Specialists to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring accurate data management and contributing to our mission of improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Enter data accurately into the QuickClaim system using provided images. Identify and categorize document types based on provided documentation. Review and verify that data entry meets or exceeds quality standards. Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate professionally with team members as needed. Suggest improvements to job processes to enhance efficiency. Complete all assigned tasks for the day and perform additional office duties as required. Hourly Pay and Available Schedule Pay: $12 per hour Part-time and full-time positions available; full-time is preferred. Minimum of 20 hours per week required. Shifts available between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. What We're Looking For Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to multitask and stay focused. High attention to detail and efficiency. Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions. Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of client data. Proficiency in reading and speaking English. Typing speed: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy.
