Their mission is to ensure clients' compliance and tax needs are met with efficiency and accuracy. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Tax/Account Manager to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a tax professional who can effectively address client questions about taxes, federal guidelines, and deadlines. The successful candidate will conduct discovery calls, update projects within the firm's portal, and resolve client issues with expertise and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to client inquiries about taxes and federal guidelines/deadlines. • Conduct discovery calls to understand and address client needs. • Update and manage projects within the client's portal. • Delegate tasks and swiftly resolve client requests and concerns. • Maintain high attention to detail and a client-first attitude. • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations related to client success and firm operations. Requirements: • Strong understanding of tax regulations and federal deadlines. • Proficiency with Drake Taxes, Xero, QBO, Wave, and Bill.com Accounting. • Experience in filing business and personal taxes. • Previous management experience. • Full-time availability during operating hours. • Relevant credentials are preferred.
