Responsibilities and Duties Provide superior customer service in a contact/call center environment through phone and other channels of correspondence. ? Handle questions and concerns with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. ? Communicate and provide accurate answers to resolve end-user?s questions and concerns. ? Adapt to continual changes to work instructions and procedures. ? Attend training as needed. ? Listen to performance feedback and integrate suggestions into your daily tasks. Qualifications and Skills ? Proper telephone etiquette ? Effective listening & comprehension skills ? Outstanding verbal & written communication skills ? Analytical & resourceful problem-solving skills ? High level of accuracy & attention to detail ? Demonstrate a strong attendance record and excellent work ethic. ? Use a respectful and tactful manner to deal with difficult situations effectively. Education/Experience ? High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service. ? Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center. ? Proficiency with technology, especially computers and software applications.
