? Job Title: EPIC Clinical Help Desk Specialist ? Location: Remote ? Type: Full Time... ? Salary: $16 - $20 per hour plus full-time benefits ? Term of the Project: Until October 2028 Key Responsibilities: ? Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to Epic Clinical systems. ? Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat. ? Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration. ? Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved. ? Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals. ? Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing fast and accurate information. ? Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. ? Stay current with system information, changes, and updates. Qualifications: ? Proven experience as a Help Desk Specialist or other customer support role. ? Familiarity with Epic Clinical systems and healthcare IT environments. ? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ?
