Amazon Marketplace Specialist Job Description... We are seeking a skilled and experienced Amazon Marketplace Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon Vendor and Seller accounts, ensuring the best possible online presence for our products. Key Responsibilities: ? Account Management: Manage both Amazon Vendor and Seller accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines. ? Product Listings: Create, manage, and optimize product listings, including high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and relevant keywords. ? Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely restocking. ? Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies and promotional campaigns. ? Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze account performance using Amazon?s analytics tools, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales and customer satisfaction. ? Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback, maintaining high standards of customer service. ? Market Research: Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities on Amazon to identify opportunities for growth. ? Compliance: Ensure all products and listings comply with Amazon's policies and industry regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ? At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon Vendor and Seller accounts. ? Strong understanding of Amazon?s algorithms, SEO, and e-commerce best practices. ? Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using Amazon?s analytics tools. ? Superior organizational skills and attention to detail. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills. ? Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: ?
