This is a full-time, remote position to support students at a K-12 school district we partner with. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ specific needs. • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly. • Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other educators to create a supportive learning environment. • Utilize a variety of digital tools and resources to engage students and facilitate learning. • Maintain detailed records of student progress and communication. • Participate in virtual meetings and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: • Masters Degree in Special Education • Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License. • At least 2 years of experience working as a Special Education Teacher. • Strong proficiency with virtual teaching platforms and technology. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
