Responsibilities

Include: • The Associate will develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing policy holders resulting in increased levels of retention. This will be achieved through proactive and reactive communication with our policyholders. • Proactively contact policy holders to provide updates and needed actions on accounts. • Reach out to customers who are in cancellation status, follow up on terminated and collect a payment to reinstate the policy, follow up with customers who had rejected payments (NSF), and follow up on customers who are late or in jeopardy of being late. Bills and financial... responsibilities are a touchy subject. We want to retain our customers, we do not want cancellations. You must have great people skills for this role, you must also have great attention to detail. • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations. • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their requests. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system. • Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience. Qualifications: • Previous experience with Allstate and Advisor Pro. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized assistance. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
