Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HRT & GLP-1 Weight Loss Wellness Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for phone sales and wellness coaching to our patients. You will receive patient leads from our advertising efforts, allowing you to focus on building relationships and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities: • Conduct phone consultations with potential patients to discuss their health goals and our HRT and GLP-1 weight loss programs. • Utilize provided patient leads to generate sales and enroll patients in our wellness programs. • Provide ongoing wellness coaching and support to patients, helping them stay motivated and on track with their treatment plans. • Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and progress in our CRM system. • Collaborate with our medical team to ensure patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HRT and GLP-1 weight loss. Qualifications: • Previous sales experience, preferably in a medspa, weight loss clinic, or related field. • Over the phone Sales • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build rapport and trust with patients over the phone. • Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine desire to help others achieve their health goals. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently. • Experience with CRM systems and basic computer skills. • Reliable internet connection for remote work.
