Performs daily cash reporting and weekly bank reconciliations for various bank accounts. ? Uploads or enters bank transactions to QuickBooks. ? Manage general accounts receivable and accounts payable functions including processing invoices, coordinating payments and. ? Processes bi-weekly payroll. ? Tracks and maintains all documentation related to loans, grants, assets and other business activities with financial implications. ? Prepares QuickBooks entry processing consistent with GAAP and established chart of accounts. ? Assists in month-end closing process including maintaining detailed schedules and reconciliation of accounts as assigned. ? Files sales taxes within prescribed deadlines. ? Assists Operations and Administration in facilitating the coordination between the finance team and other departments of the company. ?
