- Schedule and manage appointments effectively using calendar management tools
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage and track customer interactions and data
- Maintain a professional phone etiquette at all times, representing our team positively
- Use basic office equipment and skills to complete daily tasks
- Proactively resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
- Maintain customer credit records with accuracy and efficiency
- Process customer applications, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Work within a flexible schedule, providing customer service support during designated hours.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Basic understanding of office equipment and office skills
- Experience in outbound sales is a must
- Ability to manage scheduling and booking appointments effectively
- Familiarity with calendar management tools for scheduling appointments
- Excellent phone etiquette is required
- Customer service experience is highly valued
