Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Remote) Job Summary: As a Customer Support Associate at DoorDash, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This remote role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric attitude to handle various customer support tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: •

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and payments.

  • Provide accurate information about DoorDash services, policies, and procedures.
