Professional, you will be the face of American Express, providing world-class service to our customers. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression of the company. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on our customers experiences. Key Responsibilities: •

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner

•

  • Educate customers about American Express products and services

•

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and policies

•

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments

•

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily

•

  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

• Required Skills and Qualifications: •

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency with CRM software and other customer service tools

•

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelors degree is preferred

•

  • Previous customer service experience, particularly in a virtual environment, is a plus

• Experience: •

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, with a preference for experience in financial services

  • Experience working remotely is highly desirable

• Working Hours: •

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate customer needs
