The DataRobot AI Platform is the only complete AI lifecycle platform that interoperates with an organization’s existing investments in data, applications, and business processes, and can be deployed on-prem or on any cloud environment. This role is responsible for setting our AI Solutions and Services strategy and executing against it, from developing a go-to-market strategy to creating and delivering solution packages that WOW end customers. Key Responsibilities: • Define and Operationalize service offerings and packages that deliver business value and growth • Lead and manage post-sales activities: onboarding, enablement, training, best practices, implementations, partner collaboration, advisory services, and support to provide a consultative and partnership approach in the customer's journey. • Define and manage the key KPIs for the Solutions and Services organization • Be an evangelist with the ability to discover and demonstrate how our platform can effectively help customers with their business problems across a broad set of industries. • Effectively manage, recruit, coach, mentor, and enable the team. • Work across multiple customer-facing teams to drive exceptional customer experience and satisfaction. Define and operationalize service offerings and packages. • Drive defining and driving operational efficiencies through overall processes, metrics, and dashboards. Working effectively with the partner ecosystem to ensure timely delivery and growth. • Partner with Product and Engineering to review customer requirements and feedback, identify opportunities for platform enhancements, and accelerate development for roadmap features to address specific customer requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Proven ability to define and support new service and solutions offerings that will enhance the penetration in new and existing accounts • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with Technical, Business, and C Level stakeholders, able to effectively influence them in an advisory capacity • Strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment with a passion for making an impact • Ability to work across functional teams to deliver outcomes for customers • Familiarity with AI use cases and capability to help customers and internal stakeholders clearly define AI use cases end-to-end Minimum Qualifications: • 15+ years of Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture experience is required • Experience scaling a Services organization that consists of onboarding and enablement services, implementation services, platform extension, and ongoing advisory services that can fully support our customers and Go-To-Market team • Prior experience managing solutions consulting and services offering in a SaaS environment • Experience working with GSIs and partners: contract negotiations, onboarding, training, and oversight, to ensure successful implementations by partners • Experience documenting business processes and applying technology to optimize and automate these processes • 7+ years experience building, coaching, and mentoring global cross-functional teams and operating a fully offshore remote team (India preferred) • Bachelor's Degree (preferred software engineering or similar discipline) The talent and dedication of our employees are at the core of DataRobot’s journey to be an iconic company.
