The AI Architect for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible promoting and implementing AI initiatives both within Beckman Coulter and across our parent company, Danaher Corporation. You will be a part of the Advanced Analytics Team and report to the Sr Manager of Data And Analytics responsible for everything Data. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Drive AI within Beckman Coulter and Danaher • Guide the implementation of AI solutions and driving initiatives from conception to execution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead AI strategy, and be hands-on in the development and deployment of AI projects. The essential requirements of the job include: • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or a similar field with 9+ years of related work experience, OR Master’s degree with 7+ years of related work experience. • Proven experience (5+ years) in AI/ML roles with a strong track record of successful AI project implementations. • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire others. • Passion for innovation and a strong desire to drive AI adoption and transformation. • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. • Advocate and promote the adoption of AI technologies within Beckman Coulter and Danaher. • Conduct workshops, seminars, and presentations to educate stakeholders on the benefits and applications of AI. The salary range for this role is 140K - 165K per yr. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
