Job Description
Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing (BPT) is looking for its site in Vimodrone (MI) a Junior Project Manager (IT Projects) to support the Project Manager of the Europe Team, for the BPT Europe division. Main tasks: Manage routine/new projects and provide support to various functions in the... organization Manage different projects simultaneously, set milestones and track progress Fill out documents and collaborate with people to complete the missing information Participate to project meetings and prepare minutes, presentations with clear communication Contact external suppliers to obtain information Visibility to different teams across Europe (e.g. IT, quality) including management Qualifications Master Degree Management/Business or IT related Degree is preferred; Experience in pharmaceutical industry is considered a plus; Excellent English (100% communication in English); Project management skills (e.g. good relationship with stakeholders); Basic MS Office knowledge is required. Further IT skills/knowledge is nice to have; Excellent communication skills (with colleagues in different countries and suppliers) Additional Information Possibility of Smart Working; Flexible schedule; Ticket Restaurant 8/day; Professional development support.
