Employer Industry: Life Sciences and Healthcare Why consider this job opportunity... - Salary up to $90,000 - Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization - Supportive and collaborative work environment - Chance to make a positive impact on patient care and client satisfaction - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, agile environment - Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as a super user for the TMS (MercuryGate), managing carrier records and contracts - Investigate and resolve issues related to shipments, reports, and system connectivity - Collaborate with teams to align TMS platform with business objectives and requirements - Develop reporting metrics to measure the success of initiatives and enhance platform utilization - Mentor transportation coordinators to reduce exceptions during the load-out and dispatch process What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 4 years as a support analyst or daily user of an enterprise-level system - Experience with TMS applications (MercuryGate preferred) or similar systems - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field - Understanding of the logistics industry, preferably in the 3PL vertical - Excellent communication and collaboration skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Background in transportation across all modes - Professional certifications such as APICS CSCP or APICS CPIM, Green Belt - Experience with Power BI at a user level #LifeSciences #Healthcare #SupplyChain #CareerOpportunity #DiversityAndInclusion At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
