Become a BeSomeone Life Coach Intern and help your peers thrive... What You'll Do: • Guide and Empower: You'll be matched with high school students, providing one-on-one coaching sessions via Discord. • Build Connections: Foster genuine connections and create a safe space for your client to explore their goals and challenges. • Develop Essential Skills: Help your client clarify priorities, build confidence, manage stress, and make informed decisions about their future. • Facilitate Growth: Guide your clients through a structured 11-week program based on the book "How to Navigate Life," covering topics like goal-setting, communication, and talent development. • Become a Mentor: Serve as a trusted mentor and role model, celebrating your client's victories and supporting them through challenges. Qualifications: • Be a high school or college student based in the United States or Canada. • Be at least 16yo • Have access to a laptop, headset, and stable high-speed Wi-Fi. • A warm, outgoing, caring personality that can help draw out shy and withdrawn teens is a must. • The ideal candidate is aspiring to major in psychology, education, social work, communication, or something similar, but all are welcome to apply. • Be available to commit at least 5-10 hours per week through the 2024-25 academic year. • Have a passion for helping others and a desire to make a difference. • Please note this is an unpaid internship, but the rewards go far beyond monetary compensation.
