Responsibilities

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be: Processing product complaints through ques and other communication channels. Maintaining a positive experience while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner. Accurately updating databases with pertinent details & product information. Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed. Ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints.

Qualifications

This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Have at least 6 months of customer service experience Have strong problem- solving and organizational skills. Are able to work in a fast-paced environment. Are able to work a hybrid work schedule comprised of weekly office & remote requirements.
