Answer incoming calls and notify customers of non-emergency signals ? Process basic data changes to customer accounts ? Keep abreast of company and central station policies ? Handle signals from one location/area and TTY stations What Is Required (Qualifications) ? High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) ? Must be licensed to work in all States mandating requirements ? Ability to work weekend, holiday, and shift work, including mandatory overtime ? Proficiency with personal computer, keyboard, fax machine, copy machine, and telephone ?
