TikTok Creator & Live Shopping Host

If so we'd love you to join us building the most interesting home fragrance brand in the world. Who are we? We're a rapidly growing home fragrance brand shaking up a traditionally boring, predictable industry with fresh branding and unique products. We're currently focused on launching our brand's TikTok Shop, and looking for a content creator to host live shopping events and making videos for our TikTok account. We're new to TT shop, but are direct partners with TikTok's home goods team and and have aggressive growth plans. This role starts as part time, but we plan to transition it into a full time position with leadership opportunities as we grow the shop. The faster we can grow, the sooner we can transition to full time. This role is remote, but our manufacturing facility is in Los Angeles and we'd love to work with someone local. Responsibilities:
- Create short form video content for our social media pages
- Host TikTok live shopping events, bringing products to life through engaging live streams where you interact with an audience
- Create a welcoming and interactive community vibe by actively responding to comments, feedback, and direct messages on TikTok
- Inspire new product launches based on feedback from our community
- Work closely with marketing to understand what works and what doesn't
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in live shopping to continuously improve strategy and product lines
Qualifications:
- Must have a background in short form video content creation to be considered
- Experience creating content for brands/businesses preferred
- Experience/Knowledge of TikTok Shop a huge plus
- Creative and quick-thinking, with a talent for catching and riding trends
- Outgoing personality with ability to connect with others & create authentic conversations on livestreams
- An eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow and problem solve within a fast-paced environment
