What You'll Do
Enter a high volume of data accurately into our user-friendly software system. Provide exceptional customer service through email and phone interactions. Cultivate positive relationships with clients and vendors through effective communication. Investigate and resolve issues or discrepancies promptly. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Who We're Looking For This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who possess: Proficiency in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy. Impeccable attention to detail. At least 1 year of customer service experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
