Why you should apply to be a Customer Service Representative:* Position is Temp-to-Hire with opportunity for growth 1st shift, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday Pay rate is competitive at $20.00 per hour / Weekly Pay Full benefits package offered upon permanent hire Handling all incoming issues and resolves them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills. Acting as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer; research, resolve, and track customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc. Following up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provides updates to customer as needed. Anticipating, and where appropriate, mitigating any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience. Assisting hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs. Responding quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns This job might be an outstanding fit if you:* Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and e-mail etiquette Have previous customer service experience and comfortable with sitting in front of the computer for majority of your shift Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable training in Salesforce Have basic skills with moderate level of proficiency and can consult with senior peers on non-complex projects.
