Technical Remote Customer Service Agent - TX

Customer Contact Service, CCS, is seeking sharp and energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our team! CCS is a call center / answering service that has provided business solutions and employment opportunities to individuals for over 51 years... Our rapidly growing team at CCS is looking for highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to manage calls on our inbound and outbound programs. You will be responsible for assisting callers by providing product information, service information, and resolving technical issues in addition to other various client requests. Job duties include answering incoming calls and making outbound calls for a large variety of companies including medical offices, law offices, service providers and much more! This is NOT a telemarketing position. As the voice of those companies, CCS Customer Service Representatives are always polite and professional when interacting with customers to manage their needs. It is always "customers first" at CCS!! CCS provides work at home equipment for in-home set up prior to training. Two week mandatory remote training begins Monday July 1st and follows the schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm CST - Attendance during training is mandatory.
