Key Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations on products or services to meet their requirements. Engage with potential and existing customers, nurturing leads and guiding them through the sales process to successful closures. Maintain meticulous customer records in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Surpass sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall growth and success of the team. Collaborate closely with team members and various departments to guarantee customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Stay abreast of product updates, industry trends, and best practices to better serve our customers.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in customer service and/or inside sales, showcasing your ability to engage and support customers effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with customers. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a keen eye for detail to address customer issues swiftly and accurately. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with a knack for adapting to new technologies. Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
