Call Center Operator

UTA seeks a full-time Call Center Operator to support a fast-paced and dynamic office with a high volume of inbound calls. The Call Center Operator will be responsible for fielding and transferring inbound calls to appropriate departments while providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $22.00 per hour.

What You Will Do

The operator must handle and direct incoming calls and route them to the correct individual or department within the Agency or voicemail messaging system. Handle basic questions about the business, including but not limited to hours of operation, directions etc. Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
