As a Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat and tele chat channels. You will act as a brand ambassador for NMP and our clients, building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our live chat and tele chat channels. • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs to provide appropriate solutions. • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner. • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and monitor customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve any escalated customer issues. • Continuously improve and maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism. • Stay updated on our products, services, and industry trends to provide the best possible support to our customers. Qualifications: • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or tele chat environment. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in using live chat software and tele chat systems. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction rates. • Knowledge of the technology industry is a plus.
